This year’s show had many highlights, but one that really stood out for me was KIOXIA being honored with the FMS Lifetime Achievement Award for 2024. Acknowledging our pioneering work in creating and commercializing 3D flash memory, this award celebrates past achievements and underscores our role as a leader in the ongoing development of flash memory technology.
Speaking of the future - our own Atsushi Inoue, Vice President and Technology Executive for KIOXIA Corporation’s Memory Division, and Neville Ichhaporia, Senior Vice President and General Manager of KIOXIA America, Inc.’s SSD business unit, presented a keynote session that looked at the ways in which our advanced memory solutions are integral to the functionality and advancement of modern technology. Whether they’re upgrading, creating or innovating - the architects of the future will make it with KIOXIA.
Additionally, our new SSD-based RAID offload technology also scored some accolades, bringing home the FMS ‘Best of Show’ award in the ‘Most Innovative Technology’ SSD technology category.
