Drum Roll Please: Performance-Boosting UFS 3.1 Devices have Arrived

In order to reap the connectivity benefits of 5G – namely, faster downloads and reduced lag time - next-gen mobile devices need two things: high performance and low power consumption.

Our new Universal Flash Storage (UFS) Ver. 3.1 embedded flash memory devices were designed with these needs in mind.  The new lineup utilizes KIOXIA’s cutting-edge BiCS FLASH™ 3D flash memory and is supported in four capacities: 128 gigabytes (GB), 256GB, 512GB, and 1 terabyte[1] (TB).
