Flash Memory Summit is one of the most highly anticipated shows of the year. Where else can you find the world’s hottest non-volatile storage makers gathered in one place? The 2015 version of FMS was an exciting time - Toshiba had just announced two world firsts, including our 16-die stacked NAND flash memory utilizing TSV technology. And, our VP of Memory and Storage Products, Jeff Ohshima gave a keynote presentation on advances in 3D Memory.
The biggest news out of FMS? We’re proud to report that our TSV technology was selected by those cutting-edge chroniclers of all things tech – Tom’s Hardware - as a ‘Best of FMS 2015’. Brian Kumagai and I had the honor of receiving the award, and clearly enjoyed our time in the spotlight:
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the show, taking in all of the keynotes and mingling with all of the industry players we’ve come to know so well over the years. Tom Coughlin and crew always go all out – and FMS 2015 was no exception.
